Outfitter Nepal's customer service is outstanding. Before we even decided on a trekking agency, Outfitter Nepal stood out from the rest and Raj and Arjun always responded to our emails within 1 hour and sent us very detailed itinerary. Our guide Amar came and met us at the hotel and took us to Office were we discussed our trip with Raj and Amar and also met our porter Sunil for the first time.

We did a 17 day trip with Amar and Sunil and we could have not asked for a better guide and porter. Amar is one of the most graceful people we have ever met in our lives. He is a true guide with outstanding geographical and cultural knowledge.

Always a smile on his face, a spring in his step, I swear he has wings ;), and a song on his lips! :))) Sunil, our porter is such a kind hearted, strong young man and we had a lot of fun and laughter with him and Amar. We would like to thank both of them for an amazing and special trip.

We highly recommend Outfitter Nepal, everything went smoothly and they were very open when we wanted to change our schedule. The way our trip was organized was very professional and we felt safe and very well looked after.

I did a 16 day trek to Mount Everest base camp in mid winter. The company were very helpful pre trip while i was working out what to bring and answering questions i had. their web site was helpful also. the trek actually took 14 days as it was superb weather. cold but clear blue skies. the extra days were spent in Kathmandu. the trip started with an information eve and an informative day trip around Kathmandu's important sites.

Once we got to the mountains and started walking we were well looked after and even the slowest people were not hassled to be quicker but had a guide or porter stay with them. we stopped at clean lodges to eat and sleep. doonas were provided at higher altitude lodges. company provided a down sleeping bag and down jacket. wear layers as the walking soon warms u up even in winter and layers can be removed.

There were still a lot of other trekkers but there were still quiet times with only our group around. (i could imagine how crowded it would be in peak season) the guides and porters had some English and tried to answer all questions. the guides could clearly tell us what to expect each day. (lots of hard walking up and down steep slopes with beautiful views) they were caring of our health and often carried our day packs as well to make walking easier for trekkers. they were able to fly a sick trekker out and also helped him to hire a horse when he had trouble walking. i enjoyed trekking with this company.

Back home after an experience of a lifetime. The trek to the Annapurna Base Camp was so rewarding.

The trek at times was demanding, however the guide and porters were so supportive and enabled this 65 year old to enjoy the stunning scenery and experience to the full.

In november 2010 we went for a two person trekking to Panch Pokhari with Outfitter Nepal. Everything was very well arranged and taken care of. Our guide, Mama, and his porters were very friendly and helpful.

We had a great trekking and can recommend it to everyone!

I cannot speak highly enough of Outfitter Nepal. They were very professional in organising our 12 day tour of Nepal, including Kathmandu, Pokhara, 5 day Annapurna mountain trek and Chitwan National Park.

Arjun was very helpful responding to my questions leading up to the trip. Our tour guide, Suraj, was fantastic. The porters did a great job carrying our packs on the mountain trek.

The mountain trek was a great experience, but it was not for the fainthearted. I strongly recommend doing some hill climbing training beforehand, in particular, stair climbing (up’n’down).

The welcome back dinner in Kathmandu was also a very nice surprise. All in all, I would have no hesitation recommending Outfitter Nepal.

I have just finished a brilliant 12 day tour with Outfitter Nepal. They planned a wonderful trip for us, worked out all the details, very comfortable hotels with air conditioning, attentive and informed guides, and all worked so well to make this a sensational trip.

Great days with cheerful driver, with highlights including bathing elephants, seeing rhinos and a sloth bear, walking the foothills of the Himalayas, and stunningly beautiful temples and architecture and all at a very reasonable price.

Stepping out of the KTM airport had us wide eyed, we'd just learnt that our luggage hadn't made it to Nepal and we walked out into a sea of people, with sights and sounds that we have no comparison for. We were met by our tour guide Harry, who soon after had a solid plan to get our luggage to us.

Harry was a problem solver from day 1, and he made travelling with our 2 kids easy by organising family rooms at accomodation, or rooms close together where he couldn't. We thoroughly appreciated this. Our team from Outfitter Nepal, was one of the highlights of our trip.

Ram, our assistant guide, gave me a helping hand on a trek day that i found challenging. And all of the porters greeted us with smiles and were always quick to ask how we were doing. They accepted our boys into their circle and chatted, played games and trekked with them. Great friendships have been made.

The beauty of the Annapurna mountains were the right motivation to keep us trekking "up up up" and "down down down" for the next photo opportunity. A trip to Chitwan, got us up close and personal to some big creatures, while staying in a lux hotel, with 2 wonderful local guides.

Nepal, her mountains and her people have left a lasting impression on this family, and I'm sure we will be back.

Outfitter Nepal are a highly organised tour company in this region and our trip was very good and my friend and I could not fault them. It was all carried out with a generous mix of friendship and professional co-operation.

Our guide, Hari, and all the porters were very helpful and attentive. 12 days trip to Ghorepani poon hill and chitwan jungle safari tour are very comfort trip for bigginers. It was a pleasure to be in their company for the days of the trek.
