You will be met by our airport representative and transferred to hotel, your evening is relevantly free and after you have refreshed, you can get familiar with the area by going for a stroll down the street, at eventide our tour manager will meet you at your hotel to brief you on program during your stay in Nepal. Have supper, & it’s then rest & your first overnight in the city of cows & temples, probably the most in the world.

    After a good night’s rest & a hearty breakfast at the hotel, we set out for a Sightseeing tour of the Kathmandu valley which begins in Kathmandu Durbar square, Swayambunath (Monkey temple) in the morning and sightseeing in Pashupatinath Temple and Baudhnath Stupa in the afternoon, Kathmandu is a wonderful mix of the ancient & the new & this includes western influences that sometimes makes visiting the capital an interesting place to spend time in as the old stubbornly jostles for its place with rising attractions from Europe & the west. Some of the sites you visit are UNESCO declared world heritage sites & you will truly enjoy visiting these ancient monuments & learning of its mystic history you’re your professional guide.

      After enjoying a good breakfast in your hotel, we will embark for Sightseeing at the ancient Patan Durbar Square and Bhaktapur Durbar Square that are highly known for their immense & tragic historical features that include heritage monuments that still echo the vibrant histories of these once-upon-a-time ancient kingdoms that had separate kings who lived life to the hilt but suffered tragic defeats at the hands of the famous Gurkha king Prithvi Narayan Shah & bullet holes can still be seen on the wall of these ancient palaces till this day. It was king Prithvi that finally unified a feudal Nepal that was constantly at war with one another and created a dynasty that still survives in Nepal today, and then drives to Nagarkot, sunset view.

        We will have sun rise view early in the morning and Nagarkot lies top of the hill. This is also a good place to see Himalayan panorama through a Himalayan river valley. After breakfast, hike for couple of hour to Chagunarayan temple which is the very old and artistic temple of Nepal which is listed in UNESCO world heritage. After visiting this temple, we will drive to Kathmandu.

          We drive from Kathmandu to Nepal Tibet border along a scenic highway very early in the morning and once we reach in border, after immigration formalities at the border, you meet our Tibetan guide & driver and short drive.

            Acclimatize in Kerung before further driving, you will have free afternoon look around and visit around.

              We start our drive after having breakfast at guest house and today are the first day with a long drive on the desert terrain. The drive passes through nomad camps and yak herds. You will see Gaurishankar, Shishapangma and Langtang Himal from the pass; you will continue drive through Khunmen Tso, Sinling, Karru Ongchen and Peiku tso Lake (4400m), you will cross river Brahmaputra ( “Yarling Tsangpo” in Tibetan ) to reach Saga (4600m).

                After having breakfast at Guest house, you will start the drive tour and you will view the mountains in distance and you will pass through the small town of Zhongba before reaching to Paryang. That offers you the first view of Mt kailash and the holy lake as you approach this serene and sacred lake, historic Chiu Monastery becomes visible on the North West shore of the lake. From this vantage point, you can have a glimpse of majestic Mount Kailash and Manasarovar. The highest fresh water lake with turquoise complexion - surrounded by Mt Kailash, Mt. Gurula-Mandata and Lake Rakchyas is simply heavenly.

                  Attend Saga Dawa Festival at Tarboche, the high light of the tour- observe the culture of the Tibetans.

                    After some peaceful hours at the shores of the sacred Lake Manasarovar with the snowy massif of Gurla Mandhata 7694m just across the lake, we drive 40 km to Darchen which serves as the base for Mt kailashkora (circumambulation) and The Kora is 53 km in total and completed in three days.

                      It is one of the exciting days walking along the beautiful rocky cliffs and waterfalls with some clouds in the clear blue sky; the 15 km trail takes almost 7 hrs.

                        Hardest but Holiest day of your pilgrimage tour as you will cross Dolma La pass at 5670 m. Once you reach the top, just do the holiest offering and sit down for meditation to forget you. By the late afternoon you will arrive at Zuthul Puk.

                          You will complete the kora today and drive to Lake Manasarovar to Saga.

                            After having breakfast at guest house, you will drive to Kerung.

                              After having breakfast at guest house, you will start the drive further to Nepal Tibet border, complete the immigration formalities and drive to Kathmandu.
