Langtang National Park
Located in the north of Kathmandu and stretched to the Tibetan border, Langtang National Park is the oldest highland sanctuary of Nepal. Known as the jewel of the Langtang region, this national park is home to diverse flora and fauna. The forest ranges from tropical to alpine. Animals like Himalayan tahr, black bear, dzo, red panda, musk deer, snow leopards, monkeys, etc can be found in the Langtang National Park.
