    Nepal View Tour

We did a 12 day Kathmandu, Pokhara, Ghorepani Poon Hill trek, Chitwan and hiking tour with Outfitter Nepal. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Outfitter Nepal. This was our first time in Nepal and our first time trying some trekking (5 days). Outfitter looked after us so well over the duration. Even prior to leaving Australia they were super responsive to our questions.

They were professional, ensured we knew the information we needed and organised everything to make our stay trouble free. I was unwell for a day so didn't go on the Kathmandu city tour (luckily we arrived early so i had already seen many of the spots) but my wife enjoyed the tour.We opted to fly to Pokhara (wonderful spot) rather than take the very long bus trip and Outffitter took care of the tickets and the check in process at the airport. For the low price of the tour the hotels we used were all fine and, not knowing what really to expect, Chitwan was an unexpected joy.

Throughout the trekking, it was hard going and we had all levels of weather (including hail) but our guide Harry and his team looked after us allowing our group of ten to each hike at their fitness level (we were routinely in the middle to back of the pack). The porters were impressive and looked after our large backpacks and even after hiking all day still had a smile and energy to enjoy the evenings.

If you are thinking of trekking with Outfitter Nepal check if you need a big backpack, we took backpacks but realised that using Outfitters ruck sacks during the trek (carried by the porters) would have been a better option and allowed us to use our trolley bags for the non trekking part of the tour.

We used Outfitter sleeping bags which were fine. Also take spare powerbanks as electricity on the trekking is not abundant and in the tea-houses may only be a charging station in the mess hall that can get pretty full with guests devices.

If you are not an experienced hiker this is a great introduction but some pre-trip training is strongly recommended as this trek is steep. We did 3 ascent walks every week for 3 months and could have done more. I struggled the first day but found the other days got a bit easier as we got our legs. I am 51 and this was the hardest 5 days physically I have ever experienced but also the most rewarding. The Annapurna mountain range is as impressive as I hoped and Nepal in general is a wonderful experience with very friendly people.

My wife also is not very physical so this tour was a bit of a test - she loved the experience and we are now thinking of doing Everest Base Camp or something similar - if we do, it will be with Outfitter Nepal and there professional team.

    Nepal Best Tour

My trip to Nepal was a once in a lifetime experience. To have done the adventure with Outfitter Nepal was brilliant and extraordinary. The kindness and security our tour guide provided was reassuring because of his humble nature. Birodh Burlakoti’s knowledge and understanding was so very admirable.

Everyday was exciting because the country’s beauty was always reflected in cultural activities, delicious food and its lovely people. The Himalayas appeared majestically when you at last expected them to, nurturing both your heart and soul. To be able to see both larger cities and the countryside on this tour was wonderful.

Our driver Rajendra handled the roads safely and professionally, his endurance was remarkable. Throughout our journey Birodh was entertaining and caring and has become the best tour guide I have ever had in any of my travels. He said to us with a big genuine smile on his face ‘’We are good people, with good thoughts’’ and with this creative enthusiasm lifted our spirits up even higher.

The warmth and kindness he radiated to everyone was a big quality of his that made him so very great. This journey will forever be in my heart and I am so grateful for this experience. It taught me so many new things about a country that holds spirituality so sacred and beautifully within itself.

Spirit of Nepal - Best Tour in Nepal

We were looked after by these guys for the 10 days we were in Nepal, our guide was Birodh Burlakoti. Our tour was well organised from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for these guys. The bus driver and his offsider were great at getting us in and out of places.

The guide Birodh was so full of knowledge, everywhere we went he knew how to lead us through at a pace that was comfortable, even taking us to places that were not on the list of attractions. We felt safe at all times, meal stops were along the way were well planed.

I would have no problem recommending them.

Annapurna Base Camp and Chitwan National Park

Outfitter Nepal was absolutely fantastic! I loved the trip so much I want to go back and do Everest Base Camp  From the start Arjun always replied to my emails within one day and was accommodating when I wanted to add additional activities onto my itinerary. I felt well taken care of the entire time I was in Nepal.

I especially appreciated that there was always someone from the company to meet me when I was departing or arriving for each part of my trip.

The trek to Annapurna Base camp was incredible. By far the best trip I've been on. I went on the trip solo and ended up being part of a group of 10 people who were so much fun. Our guides Sanjay and Suman were wonderful. So sweet and always there to help with anything we needed.

The porters were also great. They always had a smile on their faces. The first night they invited us to sit by the camp fire with them while they sang traditional songs and played a drum. The food on the trek was okay. Not a lot of variety.

By the end of the trek the lunches were a running joke between the group. What would it be today? Potatoes, noodles, rice, or a combo of each?

Everest Base camp and Cho la pass trek

I didn't have much time to research about Nepal and the journey I wanted to do and was recommended to check out Outfitter Nepal by a friend who previously went with them on a Trek. This was the best thing to do as everything and I literally mean everything was handled and arranged by them. (from airport pick up to drop off) I went on the Everest Base Camp & Chola pass and spent 4 days in Kathmandu.

The full team was very friendly, helpful and flexible. I initially planned for the Everest Panorama View trek but upon arrival to Kathmandu decided to change it to Everest Base camp Trek and they were more than happy to accommodate for that.

The full journey went smoothly. The lodges and guesthouses we stayed at had what we needed.

The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, he even took lead of taking photos of me during the journey. All in all, it was a great experience and I didn't have to worry of anything as the guys did an amazing job in having everything sorted out.

Thanks for this experience and would easily recommend this team for anyone.

Choose Outfitter for Everest High passes Trek

Would definitely recommend Outfitters and the Everest High Pass Trek Five of us went in April 2019. The organization before and during the trip by Outfitter Nepal was excellent. Booking was easy and Arjun answered all the questions we had before arrival.

On the trek we had a great team of porters and an experienced guide, who provided us with a lot of laughs all the way up and down, (and importantly ensured all our luggage made it on the same flight to Lukla (another group had to wait for their luggage to arrive).

The trek itself was hard, but felt we were in good hands throughout and when we did need something Outfitters were able to find it (within reason, e.g. extra blankets, paracetomol, and two birthday cakes!).

I was too ill to make it to Base Camp with the rest of the party, but our guide, Raz offered to take me after. I am massively grateful that they were so accommodating after I had been unable to continue with everyone else.

The price of this trip was excellent value for money, and we wanted to use a local Nepalese company. I would definitely recommend using this one.
Massive thanks to the whole Outfitter team for a great trip. Am already saving for Annapurna Base Camp.

    Annapurna Circuit Trek

I had an excellent trip with Outfitter Nepal! Arjun was amazing with organizing the trek.

There were no hidden costs or extra fees, and all was ready when I arrived in Nepal (airport pickup, documentation for the trek, bus tickets, etc). I traveled as a single female and felt completely safe with them for the whole time that I was in Nepal.

I would highly recommend Outfitter Nepal to anyone looking for a safe, well-planned, professional trekking company in Nepal !
