Planning a vacation can get tricky, especially when you’re considering a country (Nepal) that’s completely different from what you’re used to. And it’s your dream destination too? You can’t take any chances, can you?

Trekking to the Everest Base Camp is a dream of many mountain enthusiasts worldwide. This piece of heaven, elevated at an altitude of 5364 meters at the foot of the world’s highest mountain peak (mt. Everest), receives about 40,000 trekkers each year. We’re not surprised if it’s on your bucket list too. We’d rather encourage every mountain lover to step foot on the Everest Base Camp at least once in their lifetime.

You must have a ton of questions, “How to get to Nepal? How to apply for VISA? What’s the weather like in the Everest region? What should I pack? How severe is altitude sickness?” and so on. Not anything a chat with a local trekking agency or a Google search can’t answer. Above all, an important question remains, “What itinerary to follow?” That you’ll have to decide for yourself. But worry not! We’re here to help.

The Everest Base Camp Trekking itinerary varies from agency to agency. It also depends on how much time you have on your hand, what places you’re interested in exploring, and what kind of services you’d like to book. Depending on several such factors, we’ve listed below 9 different EBC trekking itineraries ranging from 9 days to 19 days to help you choose the one that best suits your requirements and time frame.

Please go through them and let us know what works for you. If you’re not satisfied with the mentioned itineraries and want to custom-make your own itinerary, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We, at Outfitter Nepal, are glad to tailor-make any trekking itinerary for your best interest.
