We unpack our belongings in the evening after check-in at the Thorong Phedi Hotel. We will have a hearty meal and rest to prepare for the ascent tomorrow over the Thorong La Pass.

Finally, you will arrive at Muktinath, an important site for religious pilgrimage worldwide. We spend the night at a tea house and relax in the comfort of our bed after a warm meal.

This is also where we will unpack our baggage and enjoy a lunch break. We will then leave the photogenic town behind and hike for another three hours to reach Jomsom. After your arrival, you can explore the streets and alleyways of the village and interact with the locals. Spend the remaining time relaxing your tired muscles with a hot water shower at the teahouse.

Passport, Visa, and Entry Requirements

Passport: All foreign travelers visiting Nepal must possess a passport with a minimum validity of six months after they arrive in Nepal.

Visa: You can obtain the Nepal visa on arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport or before arrival through consulates, diplomatic missions, and Nepalese embassies in your country. You can also apply for it through online. The fees charged for the Nepal visa are listed below:

Our duffel bags have a capacity of 80 liters, and we recommend you keep the baggage weight under 15 kg because of the porter weight restrictions, allowing a maximum weight of 30 kg per porter. Moreover, our clients are only required to carry a day pack containing essentials such as spare jackets, documents, cameras, and beauty products. The light load on your body ensures a more enjoyable and comfortable trekking experience. Besides, after you arrive in Kathmandu, you can leave the items you don't need for the trek with us.
